Dedicated To Gamers reflect on the current state of gaming and identifies steps that we all need to take into account for our medium to be accepted by the general population and not always referred to as "immature".
The topic of 'maturity' within a larger gaming context is one that is most important in the transformation of games, diversity (the first topic I will address) relates to the apparent sexism, racism and homophobia that has run rampant in the gaming industry; yes they do run rampant in films and music but they aren’t nearly as bad as gaming for one plain reason: games are the new comers to the world of entertainment and art.
